What’s the difference between QV Baby Lotion and Cream?
QV Baby Skin Lotion has a lighter, more fluid consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin, making it suitable for daily full body moisturising after bath time. Our QV Baby Moisturising Cream has a richer, thicker texture with no greasy after-feel, that provides 24-hour moisturisation, ideal for targeting very dry areas or providing overnight hydration. Both products are free from fragrance, colour, lanolin and propylene glycol and are recommended by paediatricians nationwide.
Is QV Baby Lotion or Cream suitable for babies with skin conditions?
Our formulas are specifically designed for everyday use and for sensitive or delicate skin. They are also suitable for use with eczema prone skin and do no contain common irritants. The gentle, fragrance free formulation helps maintain the skin barrier and provides relief from dryness for sensitive skin.
Is it better to apply Baby Moisturisers before or after bath time?
We recommend applying QV Baby Lotion or Moisturising Cream immediately after bath time while your baby's skin is still slightly damp, this helps lock in moisture. Pat your baby dry gently with a towel and then apply the lotion within 3 minutes for best results. For best results, use after cleansing with QV Baby Bath Oil and QV Baby Gentle Wash. It is best to apply moisturiser after bathing, exposure to harsh weather, or before going to sleep for overnight hydration.
What makes Baby Moisturisers different from regular moisturisers?
