Evangeline is the CEO of Coolamon Community, where she works alongside community to support Aboriginal mums and babies with Coolamons - a carefully curated essentials gift providing new mothers with everything they need to care for their baby. Coolamons are delivered via Aboriginal Healthcare Services across Australia. This model strengthens relationships between Aboriginal women and healthcare professionals, leading to improved health and wellbeing outcomes for both mum and baby.Evie’s work is focussed on supporting community-led perinatal care that prioritise trust, dignity and cultural integrity - delivering real-world impact while celebrating each new life.

Dr Cara McDonald is a principal and medical director of Complete Skin Specialists Dermatology and holds a consultant position at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. Cara’s key areas of practice are procedural and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on achieving natural looking results with cosmetic injectables. Cara has a teaching and research interest in consultation skills and the patient-practitioner relationship. She is an educator and trainer in cosmeceuticals and cosmetic dermatology. Cara’s passion is breaking down dermatological science into practical, actionable advice and helping people achieve healthy skin.

Simone Thomassen is the Head of Global Marketing at Ego Pharmaceuticals, bringing more than 25 years of cross-functional leadership, technical expertise, and commercial experience to the business. Having progressed through roles spanning quality control, packaging technology, project management, and marketing, Simone now leads Ego’s global brand, communications, digital, e-commerce, and global projects teams. She is passionate about sustainability, talent development, and collaboration, chairing Ego’s Sustainability Committee, mentoring emerging female leaders through NAWO, and championing internship programs with Monash and RMIT Universities.

Georgie McCourt is an editor, journalist, author and media executive with more than 20 years’ experience across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and women’s media. Having lived and worked in Sydney, London and Dubai, she brings a global perspective to storytelling and brand leadership. After studying Media & Communications at The University of Sydney and London College of Fashion, Georgie began her career on the launch of Harper's BAZAAR Dubai before returning to Australia to become Deputy Editor of Vogue Australia. She later founded The Grace Tales and authored three books. Georgie has also held senior leadership roles at MECCA Brands. Today, as Editor of Marie Claire Australia, she leads one of Australia’s most influential women’s brands across print, digital, social, podcasts and live events.
