  • Evangeline Wood
    Evangeline is the CEO of Coolamon Community, which supports Aboriginal mothers and babies through "Coolamons"—carefully curated bundles of newborn essentials. Distributed via Aboriginal Healthcare Services across Australia, this model strengthens vital relationships between Indigenous women and healthcare professionals, significantly improving health and wellbeing outcomes for both mum and baby. Evie’s impactful work focuses on community-led perinatal care that prioritizes trust, dignity, and cultural integrity, delivering real-world change while celebrating each new life.

  • Dr Cara Mcdonald - Dermatologist
    Dr. Cara McDonald is the principal and medical director of Complete Skin Specialists Dermatology and a consultant at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She specializes in procedural and cosmetic dermatology, focusing on achieving natural-looking results with cosmetic injectables. As an educator and trainer in cosmeceuticals, Cara researches consultation skills and the patient-practitioner relationship. Her passion is breaking down complex dermatological science into practical, actionable advice to help people achieve healthy skin.

  • Simone Thommasen
    Simone Thomassen is the Head of Global Marketing at Ego Pharmaceuticals, bringing over 25 years of cross-functional, technical, and commercial leadership to the business. After progressing through roles in quality control, packaging technology, and project management, she now leads Ego’s global brand, communications, digital, e-commerce, and global projects teams. Passionate about sustainability and talent development, Simone chairs Ego’s Sustainability Committee, mentors emerging female leaders through NAWO, and champions internship programs with Monash and RMIT Universities.

  • Georgie McCourt
    Georgie McCourt is the Editor of Marie Claire Australia, leading the influential brand across print, digital, social, podcasts, and live events. An editor, journalist, and author, she brings over 20 years of global media and fashion experience across Sydney, London, and Dubai. After launching Harper's BAZAAR Dubai, Georgie served as Deputy Editor of Vogue Australia, founded The Grace Tales, authored three books, and held senior leadership roles at MECCA Brands. She leverages this extensive background to bring a global perspective to contemporary storytelling and brand leadership.
