Uploading Receipts

For all hard copy receipts, you can upload a photo using the ‘Submit Receipt’ button on your My QV Rewards home screen. You can also find this in the drop down navigation on the left hand side of the homescreen.

For all online receipts, please forward a copy to hello@qvrewards.com.au

You don’t need to include any promotional information on the bottom of the receipt.

Please ensure the photo is clear and all details of the transaction are visible.

If you were provided with a receipt that was printed with unreadable values (due to faded ink) immediately after making your purchase, please ask the pharmacy to reprint another which has all of the transaction details printed clearly.

Here are a few examples of good and bad receipt uploads:

Examples of good uploads:

Examples of bad uploads:

Receipt cutoff, transaction details not visible.

Image blurry and hard to read.

If you were provided with a receipt that was printed with unreadable values (due to faded ink) immediately after making your purchase, please ask the pharmacy to print another that has all of the transaction details printed clearly.

Please then email your receipt through to hello@qvrewards.com.au. Please don't upload through the app as the system is programmed to reject duplicate copies (to prevent fraudulent activity).

Unfortunately we can only validate purchases with a receipt as proof of purchase.

We need to see all details related to the transaction, such as:

●       Store name

●       Date of purchase

●       Products purchased

●       Price of each item

●       Total amount spent

You don’t need to capture any of the promotional information included on the receipt.

It is your choice whether you keep the hard copy version of your receipts. All receipts will be validated through the photo uploaded into the My QV Rewards App.
