  1. Begin with the QV Ceramides Cleanser to gently cleanse skin without stripping away any beneficial natural oils. With Ceramides, Niacinamide and Glycerin, skin will also be left soft and refreshed post cleanse.
  2. After cleansing, follow with the QV Ceramides Moisturising Cream or QV Ceramides Lotion depending on preference. The ceramide moisturising cream is more rich in formulation, while the ceramide lotion is more lightweight and fast absorbing.
