I am no stranger to QV products because my family suffer from eczema and their products are so gentle. With this new cleanser, I feel like it cleans my face really thoroughly and it doesn’t feel dry afterwards. I highly recommend it for its simplicity and effectiveness.

I normally use QV products. I am surprised how soft and gentle the cleanser is on your skin. I only used a small amount also, and it cleaned my eyelashes from mascara without harsh rubbing. Love the cute bottle also.

Having super sensitive skin, very few products suit me. However, to my surprise, my skin loved the QV Face Gentle Cleanser. Unlike other cleansers that usually dry up my skin, this one was super gentle and hydrating. My skin felt moisturized, soft, and had a healthy glow with no dry patches. While I had heard of ceramides before, this product truly worked wonders for my skin. My redness and dry patches have disappeared, and even my acne scars have reduced. This range is definitely worth trying. I plan to continue using it as part of my nighttime routine.

I predominantly used the cleanser every day to help remove my makeup after a long day of work or before my night time face care routine. It worked beautifully in removing the makeup but also the mascara. I found the cleanser was gentle on my skin including the dry patches and sensitive patches, with no breakouts, not overpowering in scent, didn't dry out my skin and was easy to use. After each use my skin felt milky smooth, hydrated, enriched and soft on touch so it's safe to say it can be used everyday. It has a thick consistency for a cleanser and is easy to work with.

I'm always very scared to try new products because my skin is that sensitive but this cleanser was so gentle, I didn't have a bad reaction at all! When I first saw this product I was unsure as nearly all ‘sensitive’ cleansers react on my skin. When it arrived I was incredibly impressed with the size of the bottle and just how little cleanser you needed - a little goes a long way! After the first application my skin didn’t break out in a rash - yay! 2 weeks on my skin is softer, smoother and doesn’t dry out throughout the day. I love this product and will securely be purchasing it again!

I love QV. I use the Cream, Gentle Wash and Deodorant on myself and my kids already. The Cleanser is a good addition to the QV range and my skin care routine. This cleanser was a no fuss, no fragrance, and no fancy labels or promises. It just cleans your skin and it cleans it very well. I found it did not upset my skin even at first use and I have sensitive skin. It removed makeup in one go from my face aswell which was great. It does have no fragrance so it smells very ‘cream like’ if that makes sense and the packaging is very straight forward apart from the fact that getting the pump to start pumping was weirdly a struggle to do. I would recommend this to others looking for a no fuss basic cleanser that will not upset your skin to use. I also have oily skin and did not notice any extra oil being produced which was nice.

The product itself was great, although it did make me break out with a pimple which I never get. I would definitely still use it though as the product did leave my face feeling super clean and smooth however the issue with the packaging is the pump was broken and it would not open so I had to unscrew the lid every time to use it. I’ve had other QV products with the same issue so perhaps a flaw in their production.

This lovely Face Cleaner is one of the best on the market.My face is prone to acne and very sensitive to most on the market - but this was so lush. I love using the QV gentle Cleanser, and my skin loves me using the gentle cleanser. Just as the name suggests, this is very gentle on your skin but works well to deeply clean and leave your skin feeling amazing. I love that this product is soap, fragrance and colour free with no irritants. Some products leave my skin very red or I wake up with new blemishes. But QV has me converted with this face wash. I will be buying and using this from now on.

Have enjoyed using the qv gentle cleanser each morning and night with some warm water. Easily removes my minimal make up each day and my face feels moisturised and clean. Not a deep clean like squeaky clean that some might prefer, but very much as it claims a gentle cleanse.

Started using the Gentle Cleanser as part of my routine. Liked the pump pack for effective dosing and less waste. The cleanser felt gentle on my skin, did not cause any flare ups and when used with the Nurturing Night Cream, had a very hydrating effect on my skin. Depending on the price point for the generous sized pump pack, I would buy to use as part of my ongoing routine, and would recommend to those with sensitive, combination skin like my own.

QV GENTLE CLEANSER is very easy to use, it comes in smaller bottle 250g with a build in pump so one pump is a perfect amount for my evening routine. Loved this cleanser. I have purchased the old bottle before and loved it too. Gentle enough that I can remove my eye makeup with it with no sting or irritation. I have combo skin and it is so nice on any pimples I have. I love the feel and texture of it. Removes makeup really well. Downside for me was getting the pump to work.

Beautiful texture cleanser. Washed away all makeup including eye makeup so nicely. Caused no irritation at all! I used morning and night. The only downside for me was getting the pump to work. Took a lot of twisting and pulling. I wonder if that happened for anyone else? But other than that, I would repurchase. I previously bought the old QV Face cleanser in the bottle

Definitely is a good cleansing product for my sensitive, hives and hormonal acne prone skin with dry patches at this time of the year. Really like that the cleanser is a nice milky consistency and a little bit can be worked into a generous lather for fresh, smoother and brighter skin. No oily or greasy feeling left behind like a lot of the other sensitive cream cleansers. Love that the formulation is soap free, moisturising, contains Vitamin E and is suitable for troubled skin. Have also like the QV brand due to the well-priced mild options for sensitive skin and definitely getting more after this finishes to use as a daily cleanser for dry & sensitive skin.

I’ve been using both the QV face gentle cleanser and nurturing night cream for a good couple of weeks now and i absolutely love it. The cleanser is very mild and doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s helped so much with my dry skin especially around my hairline area. You only need to use a little bit as it goes a long way. My skin looks fresher and clear. I’ve just purchased some for my teenage daughter to use also as it’s so gentle on the skin.

I’ve been using the Gentle Cleanser as part of my nighttime routine. I was initially so surprised at how thick the product becomes once lathered up. Love this cleanser ,it has a soft milky texture and feels so hydrating on skin , it is formulated with ceramides and moisturising ingredients such as Vitamin E to cleanse and help hydrate dry or sensitive facial skin and help support the skins natural barrier. This cleanser was initially recommended by my local pharmacist and it’s the best cleanser I’ve ever used and the most affordable. Throughly cleanses without drying or stripping or stinging. It feels creamy and massages beautifully into the skin rinsing away completely leaving my skin feeling beautiful fabulous. I can’t believe the quality of this product for such an affordable price. I buy the 500 ml pump bottle. So easy and convenient to use and lasts me around 3 months using morning and night. Love QV and QV Face

This is my favourite facial cleanser to date!!! Effective enough to remove make up (including mascara) leaving your face feeling fresh and clean, gentle enough that it leaves your skin feeling soft. I use this as this as a the first step of my double cleanse (this followed by the QV face foaming wash), followed by the QV face night cream and my skin has never been more supple and hydrated.

Suffering from sensitive skin has always stopped me from trying new products as one try and my skin would create a red ring around my face. After trying a few different brands I was recommended QV. QV skincare was recommended to me by my local pharmacist after developing perioral dermatitis on my face...out of no where at 25 years old...! The dermatitis was always tight, dry, red, flaky, irritating and nothing could keep it away for longer than just over a week. It was really effecting my self esteem and I felt self conscious every single day...trying to cover it with make up only made it look and feel ten times worse!! I’ve now been using the QV range for 3 months and I can happily say it has kept the perioral dermatitis at bay!!! I particularly love the gentle wash because it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight and dry like most other cleansers I’ve tried in the past. Just one wash is able to remove all my make up and I can’t believe how well priced all the products are!! I have eczema prone dry, flaky skin so my dermatologist recommends QV products for my sensitive skin. The QV Gentle Face cleanser comes in a sturdy opaque white bottle with a pump for dispensing the product. The cleanser has a white, lotion-like consistency and doesn’t really foam up. It has an inoffensive, mild “unscented scent.” I take about an almond-sized amount of the cleanser and gently massage it onto my damp face and neck before rinsing it off with water in the shower. This leaves my face feeling soft, clean and fresh without ever making my skin feel stripped of moisture like certain cleansers tend to do. I can also use it to cleanse around my eye area without it ever irritating my eyes. I use it to cleanse in the morning and at night as a second cleanse after removing makeup. Its gentle enough to use daily and especially in the winter or after harsh skin treatments such as chemical peels, laser, etc. Its super affordable too which is great and a bottle of this lasts forever.

Gentle yet Effective Having had eczema my entire 30 Years of life I recently discovered Q.V. after having had serious skin reactions to other so called gentle products which left my skin with burn like marks and red patches. I love that the Q.V. facial cleanser is suited to my dry skin / eczema without being too harsh or drying. Now this cleanser is the bees knees! Look no further it is perfect for all skin types and this is the only cleanser I use as it suits my sensitive skin, I have gotten my mum,mother in law, aunties, sister in laws and friends onto this! It is so nourishing and doesn’t strip your skin, it feels hydrated and removes all of my make up (and I wear a lot hehe) I only use this and a wash cloth and it’s take the day off for me I absolutely love this cleanser been using this for 10 plus years won’t change ever my skins adores this so so gentle xox

I have tried many cleansers before and my face feels usually feels dry afterwards and not 100% clean. I needed a new cleanser but also a new makeup remover so I got recommended this one. At first I was a bit skeptical but after I tried it I was more then impressed! My skin felt hydrated and my makeup got removed as well. QV cleanser smells really good and Its consistency is little bit thick. When you apply it on face and wash it its little bit dry over the face but after wiping with towel you will fresh and it does not dry out your skin. It has a great value of money. I love this product and I recommend to use it 3 times a day to get fresh and smooth skin.

My favourite QV product! I have sensitive skin prone to dermatitis. For years I tried many face cleanser that claimed to be for gentle skin however striped my skin causing my face to be red and inflamed. The QV gentle cleanser has be a total lifesaver!
