It is free from soap, fragrance, colour, propylene glycol and lanolin and it refreshes skin. It has a dermatological formula and it is cleansing, moisturising and pH balanced to help maintain the skin's natural protection. Soaps have a higher pH which may irritate.

  • Maintains skin’s natural protective properties and doesn’t strip away natural oils like soap can.
  • pH 6, low-irritant formulation, free from fragrance, colour, lanolin and propylene glycol.
  • For the relief of ichthyosis, dermatitis, and atopic eczema.

Wet skin, apply QV Bar to desired area. Wash, rinse, pat skin gently dry. Do not use soap. Keep bar dry for prolonged usage. For persistent dry skin use in conjunction with QV Bath Oil and QV Cream.
Avoid eyes, if lather enters eyes, wash out immediately with water. For external use only. Store below 30°C.
Always allow your bar to drain well between uses to get the most out of your product.

Really good soap bar for general use or in shower!

This is a great Facial Cleansing Bar. I was looking for an alternative after Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar was discontinued. Much more gentler actually as unlike Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar this QV Bar is NOT saponified meaning it is not a true soap but a Syndet (synthetic detergent) Bar Cleanser which works in much the same fashion as DOVE, AVEENO, DERMAVEEN etc. I love the tactility, portability, ease of use and overall CONVENIENCE of a bar/cleansing bar. It saves on space in the bathroom/basin, is more environmentally friendly (no excess or plastic packaging/biodegradable) and I find its use goes further than a liquid cleanser. I don't find this product at all drying, the emollients in the formula cushion the skin very nicely and leave it feeling nicely cleansed and soft and not at all dry, taut or stripped like common soap usually does. This cleansing bar can remove make-up/daily grime/heavy sunscreen well on it's own or use it as your second cleanser after removing make-up/daily grime/heavy sunscreen with the QV Bath oil which I actually use as a cleansing oil since it contains an emulsifying surfactant in the formula which allows for easy rinsing. QV Bath Oil is my 1st Cleanse, QV Bar is my 2nd Cleanse. You can also use this method with any of the Washes from QV. Budget friendly and economical, fragrance free, wish the bar came in a larger bath size though, other than that, I am very happy with this product and encourage others to forget traditional soap and switch to syndet bars like QV Bar, you WILL notice the difference.

I have eczema and have had it since I was 19 turning 20 and I also have guttate psoriasis my skin has been great since using this soap...
